2019-12-13/2019-12-13 - From Organ Database Builders editor Charles Eberline, December 12, 2019. — Paul J. Coughlin Jr. was a former president of Eastmet Corporation, a Baltimore steelmaking firm, and the owner of Washington Aluminum Company, Baltimore, and Empire Castings, Reading, Pennsylvania, when he headed the investor group that acquired M.P. Möller in 1989. The other members of the investor group were Roland G. Funk, John W. Seniff, and Harold B. Wright. Despite initial optimism, Möller was deeply in debt and continued to lose money, workers soon became disenchanted, and the firm was forced to declare bankruptcy in 1992. Coughlin is currently the managing member at Federal City Capital Partners, Greenwich, Connecticut.
