From the OHS PC Database, derived from *A Guide to North American Organbuilders*, by David H. Fox (Richmond, Va.: Organ Historical Society, 1991). (With the Roosevelt firm branch shop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania): he was listed as "head voicer" of the shop in a newspaper article in *Cameron County Press*, Feb 1, 1906; Oliver B. Culley's name was found on pipes of a c.1890-1895 organ by the Miller firm of Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He was a partner with Samuel L. Bates in Bates & Culley of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1895.
