Fox (Richmond, Va.: Organ Historical Society, 1991). — Born 1951 in Racine, Wisconsin; attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison; apprenticed with Prairie Organ Co. of Evanston, Illinois, beginning in 1978; business manager, 1985, with successor Prairie Organ Co., 1986. 2016-11-04/2019-12-14 - From OHS Database Builders editor, Stephen Hall, November 4, 2016. — Ron Damholt was born in Racine, Wisconsin in 1951, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1975.  He apprenticed to Walter Bradford of Prairie Organ Company, Evanston, Illinois beginning in 1978.  In 1981 he and Bradford incorporated the company, changing its name to Bradford Organ Company in 1986.  In 2001, he sold his shares to Walter Bradford, continuing to work off and on with the company until 2009.  In 2010, he graduated from Chicago Theological Seminary, and taught at Good Shepherd Episcopal School, Dallas, Texas, retiring in 2016.
