In 1987, he moved to Biddeford, Maine and established Faucher Organ Company where it remains active as of this update. The Faucher Organ Company builds electrical action pipe organs and pipe/digital combination instruments. They serve New England and the surrounding areas. President Robert Faucher describes their tonal philosophy: "Faucher Organ Company-s tonal philosophy is somewhat eclectic but benefits strongly from following the disciplines of the unfailing North-German principles. This style is not only best for congregational singing but also allows authentic performance of many types of musical literature."
