Walker & Sons of London, England, 1855; made installation trip to Canada, 1860 and remained there; with Warren* firm of Canada; with Hook & Hastings of Boston, Massachusetts, and later Kendall Green, Massachusetts, installation and service; died March 15, 1920 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. *There were several "Warren" firms in Canada during the late 1800s and early 1900s, most were associated with Samuel Russell Warren or his sons.
