Louis Hollingsworth, Jr. was born June 19, 1920 and died February 22, 1991 in Fort Myers, Florida.1 He retired from Wurlitzer in 1985 after 35 years, which meant he would have started there in 1950.2 Wurlitzer ceased manufacturing pipe organs in 1942 due to war time regulations, and did not resume manufacturing pipe organs after the war.3 Hollingsworth would not have been involved with the Wurlitzer firm during the period the firm was building pipe organs.
