2015-12-31/2019-04-29 - From the OHS Database Builders Listing editor, October 9, 2016. - Carl Barckhoff Jr. was born sometime after 1906 in Pomeroy, Ohio. He was one of the sons of Carl Barckhoff Sr. and his third wife, Lena Graber Barckhoff, and a grandson of Felix Barckhoff [I]. Carl Jr. could not have been more than 11 when his father retired, and no more than 13 when his father died; so it is unlikely that he worked in his father's firm.
