Hook of Boston, before 1858; partner with James O'Brien2 in Le Droit & O'Brien of Boston; [Le Droit & O'Brien] firm active in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1858-1860; [Le Droit was listed in directories] in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1865-1868. 1According to a newspaper article quoted by Weber in "Sketches of Milwaukee Organbuilders", Le Droit was from Montreal.
