2015-08-30/2020-04-09 - Editor's Note: This Alcide Beauregard may be the father Lt. Alcide Beauregard, who fought in France during World War II as a special operative for the Army of Canada, aiding the French resistance effort. Lt. Beauregard was captured, and was one of 120 prisonors killed in the massacre at Fort Lorette Coast, Saint-Genis -Laval, France on 20 August 1944.
