Fox (Richmond, Va.: Organ Historical Society, 1991). — Born August 5, 1941 in Normal, Illinois; relocated with his family to Sunnyvale, California, in 1959; with Swain & Kates of Oakland, California, 1962; French horn player; organist; graduate of Stanford University, 1964; faculty of De Anza College, Cupertino, California; founded Newton Pipe Organ Services, 1968, became full time c. 1973; representative of Schantz Organ Co. of Orrville, Ohio, 1980; died September 3, 1987, after a fall from an organ.
