Verney, Barckhoff representative in Mason City, Iowa, 1905; with Wicks Pipe Organ Co. of Highland, Illinois, 1908-1912, superintendent; with Casavant Frères Ltée. firm of St. Hyacinthe, Canada, at South Haven, Michigan, factory, 1912-1913; with Henry Pilcher's Sons of Louisville, Kentucky, 1913, superintendent; partner with Earl Schwarz and several businessmen in Reuter-Schwarz Organ Co. of Highland, Illinois, 1917; firm relocated to Lawrence, Kansas, c. 1920; firm name changed to Reuter Organ Co., 1920; died December 3, 1957, age 77.
