Skinner of Boston, Massachusetts, in New York City, New York, 1902; with George S. Hutchings firm of Massachusetts; established his own firm in Atlanta, Georgia, by 1916; representative of Frazee firm of Everett, Massachusetts, c. 1928; previously in Charleston, West Virginia; representative of the Estey firm of Brattleboro, Vermont, in Atlanta, Georgia, 1931; died April 8, 1957.
