Fox (Organ Historical Society, 1991). - With Kilgen* firm of St. Louis, Missouri; operated his own firm in St. Louis, Missouri, mid 20th century; in Florissant, Missouri, c. 1980s; representative of Reuter Organ Co. of Lawrence, Kansas; active until c. 1985. *There were two competing Kilgen firms until 1943. It is not clear which Kilgen firm to which this refers: Charles Kilgen & Son / Kilgen Associates (1939–1943) E.R. Kilgen Orgam Co. / Kilgen Organ Co. (1939–1960) Sources: David Porkola.
