After school and the Royal Air Force he joined James Walker Ltd. of London, worked on many organs throughout Great Britain;1 he came to the U.S. in 1963, and worked for the Austin Organ Company, where he specialized in restoring and repairing. He established his own firm in Granby, Connecticut, 1973; relocating to Harwinton, Connecticut, c. 1983.2 He died suddenly at home in Canton, Connecticut on Friday, March 25, 2011.
