2018-05-07/2019-11-02 - From the OHS Database Builders editor, December 8, 2016. — Trivo Co. of Hagerstown, Maryland, is a reed pipe supplier, manufacturing and voicing reed pipes for organbuilders. The firm has been in business since 1964 and has seven employees. Trivo was established by three former M.P. Möller employees, the name was derived from 'tri-' a prefix meaning three with 'vo' for voicer as all three of the founders were voicers. The firm was established as a part time endeavor by Homer H. Lewis, Jr., Joseph Clipp, Edward Lushbaugh, Jr. in Hagerstown, Maryland, in 1964. The firm was incorporated in 1969.  All three of the founders left M. P. Moller in 1972, and the firm became their primary occupation. Edward Lushbaugh left the business in 1980, his shares were purchased by the remaining two founders.
