Votteler and Siedle

Notes

2010-04-15/2020-04-09 - From Joe McCabe, writing about First Methodist Church, Cleveland: "Research by Michael Friesen has revealed that the first organ for this church was built in 1853 by Votteler and Siedle, a partnership of Gottlieb F. Votteler and perhaps August Siedle, located in the Phoenix Buildings, Superior Street. The modest instrument was of three stops, and may have been the first pipe organ built at the hand of Votteler."
