2018-05-07/2019-09-27 - From Organ Database Builders editor Stephen Hall, November 1, 2015. — Established in 1945 in London, Ontario, by Bert Keates (b 1909), to manufacture custom-built pipe organs. The company moved to Lucan, Ontario, in 1950, became incorporated in 1951, and relocated in Acton, Ontario, in 1961. Upon Keates' retirement, December 31, 1971, Dieter Geissler became president and the firm name was changed to Keates-Geissler Pipe Organs Ltd.
