2023-05-30/2023-05-30 - c. 1871- 16 December 1946 Death was announced in the February 1947 Issue of THE DIAPASON DEATH TAKES C. B. REYNOLDS LONG ACTIVE IN CHICAGO C. B. Reynolds well-known Chicago organ man, died suddenly at his home Dec. 16 at the age of 75 years. For a number of years he represented M. P. Möller in Chicago, and later the Reuter Organ Company. Then he organized National Sound Systems, which built and installed amplifying equipment in church towers. Previous to his connection to the organ business, Mr. Reynolds was in the service of the Pennsylvania Railroad for thirty years in his native city, Cleveland, as yardmaster in Chicago, and as division superintendent in Logansport, Ind. -Roman Lizak

2024-07-05/2024-07-05 - Updated through online information from Roman Lizak (July 3, 2024): C. B. Reynolds is the name for Clark Branard Reynolds who was born in 1872. He worked alongside George Washington Ford (1867-1951) representing the M. P. Möller Organ Company in the Midwest region with their primary sales office being located in Chicago Mr. Reynolds died on December 16, 1946 at the age of 75. -Jim Stettner
