Fox (Richmond, Va.: Organ Historical Society, 1991; rev. ed., 1997, with corrected information). [In the 1991 edition of Fox-s Guide, the last name is spelled Brueu, but the entry is placed between the entries for Brewer, Charles, and Brick, C.H. In the 1997 edition of Fox-s Guide, the spelling has been corrected to Breu, but the order of entries is unchanged. David L. Junchen, Encyclopedia of the American Theatre Organ, vol. 1 (Pasadena, Calif.: Showcase Publications, 1985), 327, reproduces a photograph taken in January 1930 that shows some of the team responsible for building the Midmer-Losh organ in the Convention Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey; "H.
