2016-11-30/2019-02-11 - From the OHS Database Builders Listing editor, April 8, 2016. - Between 1980 and 1985 Bruzema primarily focused on building easily transportable one manual 4-stop continuo organs. After 1985, the company began building larger tracker action instruments.1 Gerhard Gerhard died April 7, 1992. Brunzema's son Friedrich completed his apprenticeship as an organ builder in Europe and by 1990 had joined his father's business.2 He continued operation of the business until 2006.3 Thomas Donahue completed his book, Gerhard Brunzema, His Work and His Influence, it was published by Scarecrow Press in 1998. 4 Sources: Karl J.
