G. N. Bucklin

Notes

2004-10-30/2019-04-29 - From the OHS PC Database, derived from A Guide to North American Organbuilders, by David H. Fox (Richmond, Va.: Organ Historical Society, 1991). Edited for the revised OHS Online Database website, 2017. - G. N. Bucklin was with Estey Organ Co. of Brattleboro, Vermont, in Maine. He had been with the firm for 33 years by 1930. 1 He received a curious mention in The Music Trades Review of August, 1904: "George N. Bucklin, of the Estey pipe organ department, left for Maine on Thursday last on the steamer "Grecian." 2 Since Brattleboro is landlocked, it is left to speculation from which port he departed.
