2008-07-01 - Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- According to my former business partner - Clinton B. Meadway - who studied organ with Dr. Magin, this was a 2/7 Hinners tracker. It came from a church in Trinidad, Colorado. Who installed it at the Magin residence and when is unknown. It was removed by Clint in 1960, and purchased by a Dutch Reformed church in Downey, CA. As of 1965, it still had not been installed. Clint noted in his e-mail to me, "It had one interesting feature - the reservoir weight was a tombstone from the Trinidad church's graveyard." Source: E-mail from Clinton B. Meadway dated 6/29/08. -Database Manager
2022-08-04 - The Trinidad, Colorado church was Trinity Episcopal. And the Hinners was installed in Dr. Magin's home ca. 1956 by himself assisted by friends and parishioners from his church job. -Jim Stettner
