2021-04-20 - From John DeMajo neworleanschurches.com: Although the original pipe organ has been replaced with a digital instrument, the facade and casework from Austin Opus 1330, a 1925 2 manual 18 register organ, are still in place. Prior to Hurricane Katrina, the church was using a 2 manual Allen electronic organ. Recently, a new 3 Manual, 61 Stop Phoenix Digital Organ was installed. -Jeff Scofield
2021-04-20 - Op. 1330 was replaced by an Allen and went to Emmanuel Presbyterian in Atlanta. It was purchased from Emmanuel in 1993 by Covenant Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, just south of Atlanta. It was installed there by member Bob Weaver and received a new console in 2007. -Jeff Scofield
