Stettner. -- According to the church website, "In 1927 the Austin Organ Company made extensive revisions to the organ [Note: the 1903 Hutchings-Votey organ, which had been a rebuild of the 1872 Wm. B.D. Simmons instrument]. During this time the organ console and choir continued to occupy the gallery." -Database Manager
2021-02-15 - Op. 1445 was a rebuild, with tonal changes and a new console, of the 1903 Hutchings-Votey; Second merged with First Presbyterian in 1949, using the Second Presbyterian building; in 1954, Möller added a transept organ; the choir was moved to the new Harold Wagoner-designed chancel, along with a new Möller console controlling both organs; a new Austin console was added in the 1980's; rebuilt with tonal changes and a new console by Reuter in 2000; now 4/82. -Paul R.
