2011-04-15 - Updated through on-line information from Richard Johnson. -- This organ replaced an organ of similar size built in 1880 by Wm. King and sons of Elmira NY. On July 9, 1908, the King organ was destroyed by a fire which Mr. King himself set while using a candle for illumination to evaluate the organ for needed repairs. ... On April 17, 1957, the organ and church were totally destroyed by fire, this one of unknown origin. -Database Manager
