2014-08-12 - From the specifications: "Austin patent tubular pneumatic throughout; console, Hartford pattern, standard; original case, enlarged as necessary; motor, suitable water engine exchanged for present motor; pitch lowered to International, 435 A of all pipes of the old organ, to be used in the new, same to be revoiced as necessary and thoroughly cleaned and renovated."
