Notes

2005-01-07 - Information identifying this instrument from the Austin Organs, Inc. web site, accessed December 29, 2004: http://www.austinorgans.com/organ-research.htm. -Database Manager

2017-12-04 - Updated by John Anderson, who has heard or played the organ.<br> As of October, 2017, the organ requires extensive repairs due to water damage to the chests from a leaking roof. Several ranks are unusable due to dead notes and/or high likelihood of ciphering. -Database Manager

2020-09-26 - As of the last time I played the instrument (January 26, 2020), all stops were functioning with a few scattered dead notes, with the exception of those stops marked "DEAD" in the stoplist. Those had not worked before the water damage occurred, either. The roof leaks proved to be very difficult to track down and the organ remained draped in plastic -- although still playable -- for well over a year. -John Anderson

2020-09-26 - As you sit at the console facing the pipework, the Great division is centrally located with its Principal chorus exposed. The rest of the Great division sits behind and is under expression. The Swell division is fully under expression and sits to the right of the Great, behind acoustic cloth drapery. The small bit of the Pedal division that is independent sits to the left of the Great, behind acoustic clouth drapery. -John Anderson
