2005-01-08 - Information identifying this instrument from the Austin Organs, Inc. web site, accessed December 31, 2004: http://www.austinorgans.com/organ-research.htm. -Database Manager

2006-09-04 - Updated through online information from Charles Eberline. -- According to the church's web page, this organ was removed from the church in 1978 and sold to a doctor in Fort Worth[, Texas,] for $3,750. I know nothing about its current status and, with such skimpy information, am uncertain how to make a new entry for the instrument. The church now has a McManis organ (details at its web page). The Austin is the organ on which I had my first organ lessons; I think that I still have notes on the stoplist that I took then, but I have not been able to find them. However, my memory says that "34 ranks" should be "34 stops," and that the organ actually had 21 ranks of pipes, with many extensions and much borrowing. -Database Manager

2008-08-19 - Updated through online information from Charles Eberline. -- I suspect, but do not know for certain, that Op. 2059 replaced Op. 342. -Database Manager
