Notes

2005-01-08 - Information identifying this instrument from the Austin Organs, Inc. web site, accessed December 31, 2004: http://www.austinorgans.com/organ-research.htm. -Database Manager

2010-05-08 - Updated through online information from Alan Swartz. -- I assume the instrument to be dispersed. I purchased a number of pipes from an organbuilder who has had them in storage for several years. They bear the Opus 979 number. I was told that they were Austin pipes "from the Oklahoma City organ." Newspaper used to pack the pipes shows a date of 1998. This may indicate a removal date, though there is nothing to confirm that they weren't repacked at some point. -Database Manager

2016-02-11 - In 1956, congregation moved to spacious new facilities at 36th Street & Walker. -Database Manager
