2017-05-12 - Updated by Joe Sechkar, who has heard or played the organ. This Austin organ, Opus 667, is also listed as being installed in the Alhambra Theatre, Cleveland, Ohio. The nameplate on the console states that it was installed in the 1950's at St. Vitus, Lorain, OH. I believe that it originally was built for the Alhambra theatre and later installed in St. Vitus. The pipe façade in the theatre looks identical to the one located on each side of front sections of St. Vitus Church. St. Vitus was sold by the Cleveland Diocese a few years back due to church merging. Thanks! Joe Sechkar -Database Manager
