2005-08-25 - On-line update from Nicholas Good -- In the 1970s the console was replaced with a Möller console, and the organ was rebuilt with Schopp's pipes in an American classic type specification. Some of the orginal ranks remain, particularly in the swell division. There is a 2 rank antiphonal unit organ, playable from the console and also from a manuals only keydesk in the rear balcony. At the time of the 1970s rebuild the non-playing facade pipes were removed and a grill cloth was added. In 1996 a Festival Trumpet was added to the organ. -Database Manager
