Notes

2005-01-08 - Information identifying this instrument from the Austin Organs, Inc. web site, accessed December 31, 2004: http://www.austinorgans.com/organ-research.htm. -Database Manager

2007-07-20 - Updated through online information from John Gouwens. -- The organ incorporates work from the original (ca.) 1909 Bennett organ and the (ca) 1942 Austin rebuild thereof. Subsequent to 1942, a chancel division (hidden behind the raredos) was installed, with awkward labels added to blank stopkeys prepare for it. Many ranks were replaced in 1981, though a number of older stops (including two 8' Open Diapasons on the Great) preserve much of the romantic character of the organ. -Database Manager
