2008-05-13 - Updated through online information from Harry Spring. -- This Austin organ was reinstalled in building of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, in Elgin, IL. Console was rebuilt, and organ was installed in a somewhat modified arrangement by Fabry Organs of Antioch, IL. I believe a re-leathering project is underway or about to be. -Database Manager

2025-04-02 - Updated through online information from Jeffrey Neufeld (April 1, 2025): The Instrument was originally installed in the First Evangelical United Brethren Church at 19 Center Street, Elgin, IL, and it is listed here, https://www.austinorgans.com/aoisearchableopus.html, and page 40 of the attached PDF. The church changed its name to Faith United Methodist Church in 1968 when the United Evangelical Brethren and Methodist denominations merged. In the 1990s, the church sold their building and moved out to the far west side of Elgin, and the name was changed to Cornerstone United Methodist Church. The organ was also moved and refurbished by Fabry, Inc., of Antioch, IL. -Jim Stettner
