2009-04-01 - Updated through on-line information from Richard Ditewig. -- This organ was built in 1910 and was located in the 1st St. Peter's Episcopal Church, San Francisco. After a new building was completed the organ was moved there (1913) Due to earthquake damage in 1989, the building was condemned. Inability to restore/rebuild the damaged building resulting in a decision to raze the building, necessitating the removal of the organ. It is hoped that most of the removed organ can be re-used in an existing organ. -Database Manager
