2015-07-30 - Updated through online information from Jonathan M. Bowen. -- This church is Holy Trinity PRESBYTERIAN Church. located at 1100 W. Rockland St. Philadelphia. It is now called Holy Trinity - Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. The organ was rebuilt and enlarged with a new Austin console in 1963 by Brantly Duddy.
The organ is well maintained and is used regularly. I know that this organ is listed as Holy Trinity Episcopal, but not so. I visited the church on July 23, 2015. Originally, there was a facade across the front of the chancel with speaking pipes. The choir was located in a gallery above the pulpit.
In the 1970's-80's the facade was replaced by a screen and the choir gallery removed. The console currently sits in the liturgical south transept, facing towards the front. -Database Manager
