2005-03-01 - Identified from company publications as edited and expanded in <i>The Hook Opus List 1829-1935</i>, ed. William T. Van Pelt (Organ Historical Society, 1991). -Database Manager

2006-05-11 - Installed in the existing Richard Bridge case of 1733. Replaced (enlarged?) by Hook & Hastings Opus 1931 (1901), retaining the Richard Bridge case front. -Database Manager

2022-06-30 - Relocated to St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church in Andover, Massachusetts after the Skinner was installed here (possibly 1930s). -Paul R. Marchesano
