2005-04-06 - Identified through information in Volume V p. 173 of the Pilcher factory ledger and the list of Pilcher organs typed by William E. Pilcher of Louisville. For more information see the document referenced below. -Database Manager

2005-04-06 - While the index to the ledger shows this organ as having come from Mississippi, the ledger itself shows it from Sheridan, IN. It may be the Kimball organ that was replaced when First Methodist in Sheridan installed Pilcher Op. 957 in 1917. They were allowed $100 for their old organ. -Database Manager
