2023-08-22 - In December of 2022, an overhead sprinkler busted above the organ damaging the keyboards and facade action. D.C. Schroth organ builders made necessary repairs recovering the ivory and ebony keys. All new ebony keys were installed as the originals were compromised; an exact copy of the original ebony keys were sent off to OSI to remanufacture the same profile of the Pilcher ebony keys. The facade action was completely releathered and fitted with new hardware. The pedalboard was completely rebuilt and releathered. The bench was refinished. -Seth Daily
