2016-05-22 - Updated through online information from Winston Ryan Keith. <br>In the first quarter of 2016, the 1917 Pilcher Opus 930 organ at Wake Forest Baptist Church was updated and renovated by Lincoln Pipe Organs or Lincolnton, North Carolina.<br><br>The purpose was to enhance the existing Pilcher organ's tonal resources and update the console. This was accomplished by using existing and replacement pipes purchased from Austin Opus 2381 and the addition of Walker Technical Company digitally recorded pipe voices. The console carcass was kept and refitted with all new components. -Database Manager
