2010-02-18 - Updated through online information from Robert O'Bryan Moffat. -- Organ originally on the main floor of sanctuary, right left. Then moved to added choir area (probably around 1928), right left, facing at 90 degrees to main nave axis into choir area. I was four years old when this Pilcher organ was replaced by a 7-(?) rank Moller in 1949. That Moller was replaced in 1986 by a Kney tracker. I think I remember that the Pilcher was given to Westside Baptist in Cheraw in 1949, but apparently it was never installed there, so I don't know what happened to it. -Database Manager
