2005-04-07 - Identified through information in Vol IV p. 118 of the Pilcher factory ledgers and a list of Pilcher organs typed by William E. Pilcher of Louisville. For more information see the document referenced below. -Database Manager

2010-05-24 - Updated through online information from Michael Freeman. -- The Pilcher organ at St Patrick's is playable and used for 3 of the 4 weekend masses. The organ does need some work as there are dead notes here and there but still makes a nice statement in the room. The facade pipes of the 8' Open Diapason and Dulciana have been painted an unusual shade of red (not sure when that took place). The console is still in the case but has been updated with new stop tabs, a new relay (by a local technician) and the Pilcher nameplate unfortunately has been removed by an unknown person. The pedalboard, swell and crescendo pedals all appear to be original. I am unsure if the keyboards are original or not. All the original stops are there. There are stop tabs for the new additions that never were added. It was also planned to replace the synthetic Oboe with real Oboe reed pipes but like the other planned for changes never took place. The organ is in process of getting necessary maintenance -Database Manager

2010-05-30 - Updated through online information from Michael Freeman. -- 1 to 12 of the Great 8' Dulciana stop are in the facade of the organ. -Database Manager
