2021-02-01 - The current Temple B'Nai Israel building is modern, built in the 50s. They moved the organ from the old building over, which at that time was a 1921 PIlcher. I used to play it regularly when i was in high school. It was essentially unaltered except the local Houston builder/technician, George Babb, took the 2nd Open on the Great and made it be the Great 4' Octave, then he added a 12th and 15th. I don't know if some of the pipework in the Pilcher was from the Jardine. -- Information provided by David Miron via Facebook -Paul R. Marchesano
