2012-04-11 - Updated through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- After being placed in storage in 2004, the organ was sold in 2009 to the Christ Community Church of Zion, Illinois (formerly the Christian Catholic Church) for installation in the rear gallery of the present sanctuary. The Christ Community Church formerly had a large four-manual Felgemaker (the largest built by that firm) which burned in the 1930's and they wanted to acquire this instrument as a commemorative piece, to serve alongside the 1920's Welte organ in the Chancel. -Database Manager
