2005-09-28 - On-line update from Timothy D. Hancock -- I am organist at St. Agnes, and removed the organ from its original location. This organ was not removed by Bradley Rule, and is not for sale. It is currently in my possession, in storage. -Database Manager

2012-04-11 - Updated through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- After being placed in storage in 2004, the organ was sold in 2009 to the Christ Community Church of Zion, Illinois (formerly the Christian Catholic Church) for installation in the rear gallery of the present sanctuary. The Christ Community Church formerly had a large four-manual Felgemaker (the largest built by that firm) which burned in the 1930's and they wanted to acquire this instrument as a commemorative piece, to serve alongside the 1920's Welte organ in the Chancel. -Database Manager

NOTES
The organ was designed in 1910 for placement in the choir loft
of the then new St. Agnes Cathedral. Case detailing aligned
with windows, and placement of doors in the loft. The facade,
which contains the bass pipes of the Open Diapason, Dulciana,
and Octave, was arranged to frame a small rose window at the
top of the rear wall of the choir loft. The case is quarter-
sawn oak, and the facade pipes were originally stenciled in
cream, gold, blue-green, and pink. Currently, they are painted
gold. The keydesk is attached, and the playing and stop action
is tubular-pneumatic.
