The consultant for the project was Dr. Robert Baker. In 2000, Hochhalter, Inc. of Salem, Oregon added a new drawknob console with full solid state controls: MIDI-capability, sequencer, transposer, etc. A new façade designed by the church's architect, Richard Boyd, AIA of Arbuckle Costic Architects, and featuring the new 75% tin Great 8' Diapason and Pedal 8' Principal was added. The pipe design and layout were by Lanny Hochhalter in consultation with Mr. Boyd. The console is movable, but normally resides in the front, right corner of the chancel area. It has preparations for: Great: 8' Harmonic Flute & III Cornet; Swell: II Sesquialtera; Choir: 2-2/3' Nazard, 2' Block Flöte, 1-3/5' Tierce, III Scharf, & 8' Trumpet; and Pedal: 32' Contre Bourdon, 16' Open Wood, and 32' Contra Trombone. The organ is also prepared for the addition of two high-pressure reeds: an 8' Festival Trumpet, and an 8' State Trumpet – to be en Chamade in the rear gallery. Both reeds will be playable from more than one division.
