2007-09-30 - Updated through on-line information from John K. Gottschall. -- Case design includes a centerpiece incorporating the cross, star of David, and Hilal. Speaking pipes stud the cross. -- This instrument plays in both the normal(piano) right handed manner with low C to the left on three ranks, and in the left handed manner with low C to the right on three stops. The pedal of 19 notes is of French classical design, mirror image with a ravelment AAA below low CC which plays the pedal stops of one rank extended 16' to 8' and 4' in right footed manner and 8', 4', and 2' in left footed manner. -Database Manager

2007-10-01 - Updated through on-line information from John K. Gottschall. -- This instrument incorporates 84 different species of wood. The 8' Gedackt is of cherrywood which was harvested from trees in Tioga County, Pa, and logs from Fairmont Park, Philadelphia, hand and machine sawn into quartersawn lumber and air dried. Many of the pipes are built to the Golden Mean with the larger proportion being the front and back of the pipe. All pipes in the organ are wooden. -Database Manager
