2016-07-26 - Updated through online information from Ed Gormley. <br>I am a former organist at First Baptist in Portland Maine. The organ was completed in 1871 according to a receipt that I found in the church archives. The organ was installed in the 1867 building at 353 Congress St. Portland Maine. The organ was scrapped in 1961 and replaced by a 3 manual Allen TC 6. The Congress St. building was raised in 1986. The current organ at 360 Canco Road. is a 3 manual Allen. -Database Manager
