2020-12-16 - The installation date was previously thought to have been ca. 1898. In a brief announcement in the *Philadelphia Times,* 24 April 1892, of the dedication of a new organ: "A sacred cocnert will be given on Thursday evening at St. Peter Claver's Roman Catholic Church for colored people, at Twelfth and Lombard streets, on the occasion of a dedication of new church organ." -Paul R.
