2013-05-23 - Updated through online information from John Speller. -- LANCASTER, PA., July 2.-Arthur D. Flounders, the organ builder of Lancaster, has just finished building the organ in the Bethany Presbyterian Church. He is the only man in Lancaster who has any knowledge of building pipe-organs. Since his coming here from Erie, fifteen years ago, he has built the last seven organs installed in churches in Lancaster within that time. Besides, his territory under the representation of the Hall Organ Co., West Haven, Conn., includes the Middle Atlantic States. At present he is also engaged in building one in St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Lebanon, Pa. Music Trades Journal, July 5, 1919, p. 20. -Database Manager
