Upon the demise of the Roxy theatre, in 1962, the organ was moved to its present residential location. It was played regularly until 1990. It is in good condition today, but it is in need of minor renovation. It is a complete theatre organ with four tuned percussions and a full set of traps and toys. The original piano was removed when the organ was installed in the radio station and a Wulitzer Tuba Horn was substituted.
