NOTES
The Pedal 16' Lieblich Gedeckt takes notes 1-12 from the 16' Bourdon but
on "soft wind." and the balance from the 8' Copula.  The Pedal 16' Trom-
pette extension is outside the swellbox. Its two 6-note chests are on
the floor and the resonators are unmitred.
